$198,266 to $200,000 per year

Experience and Requirements

High school completion and five years of experience as an Operations Manager.

Description of Duties

• Manage customer service operations and ensure all SOPs are followed.
• Monitor customer service performance and revenue generated, and set goals and incentives.
• Ensure compliance in all communications with customers including direct messages, email, live chat, text, and social media.
• Maintain company reputation and compliance by auditing all social media and customer communications.
• Manage customer content submissions and organize materials for use by the marketing team.
• Oversee inventory management by monitoring daily SKU sales and using projections to ensure timely ordering based on historical lead times.
• Ensure all brochures, inserts, and accompanying materials are ordered and in stock at fulfillment.
• Manage and monitor fulfillment operations to ensure shipments are sent and delivered on time using correct shipping methods and SOPs.
• Periodically audit shipping methods and adjust based on cost and delivery performance.
• Hold service providers and fulfillment partners accountable to agreed service levels, applying penalties where necessary.
• Monitor shipping activity, customer comments, and complaints to identify operational or website issues.
• Manage customer reviews on the website and third-party platforms and address identified issues.
• Maintain smooth operational function across customer service, shipping, refunds, filing and notation, social media reputation, and website performance.
